We had a serious issue with the air conditioning, made us cough non-stop, so we couldn't have it on at night. The towels at the spa smelled funny. Despite the lovely setting, there was inadequate seating at the beach, frustrating as we struggled to find a spot.

Loveley luxury bungalow - you get your money worth and more! I loved the bungalow wich was very stylish, it had all you could wish for, cosy but almost boutiqe style. It had a tv, a fridge, mosquito net, ac a nice balcony - not to mention the absolutely great sitting area under the bungalow. Privat semi-outdoor bathroom that was spotlessly clean with shampoo, conditioner, soap etc. Nice setting just a short walk through the greens to the excellent beach! The staff is the most accomondating I have met. Tham and his mother and aunts all speak english fluently. One night all the hotel guest had dinner together cooked by the owner. Amazing food! I extended my stay and would have stayed more nights but it was full. This little resort only have five bungalows so far but from what I understand they are slowly developing into a modest size resort with a few more bungalows. I look forward to return and to see what this place will turn into. I think it will be great!
Only little thing to be aware of is that two of the bungalows are not to far from the road. The beach is 150 meters walk from the bungalows on a nature path but when you sit in the hammoc outside the bungalow its traffic rather than the ocean that you will hear. But don't be discouraged - do stay here a few nights. It is definetely worth it.

Great English speaking host with lots of good advice. Room is very clean and modern. Beach towels included! 3 minute walk to the beach. Lots of friendly dogs who accompany you on your walks from place to place! Bar on the beach has great food with great service and prices are fair.
The mosquitoes kept biting us at night even with the ac and mozzy net. The chalet is not mozzy proof so there is no escape from the mozzies. You need a scooter to get to anywhere nearby worth visiting, other than the beach which is a 3 minute walk away. This place is extremely quiet during the low season with most places closed. Unless you want the beach all to yourself I would recommend going in the high season when Koh Lanta is already quiet and low key.

wonderful stay but noisy air conditioning
Joy were really nice for my little girl. The sea view from our Superior Garden Loft was amazing. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with quality options and a good atmosphere.
The air conditioning in the room was a bit noisy at times, which might disturb light sleepers.

The long beach chalet is in a fantastic beachfront location. We loved lounging in the hammocks and sofas by the sea. The breakfast was delicious, with freshly cooked eggs and a variety of other options. Plus, the infinity pool overlooking the water was a huge highlight for us!
the massages were slightly pricey.

Nice chalets but ours was a little too close to the road and quite a way from the beach. Very friendly staff and a good place to stay before exploring the rest of Lanta.

The superior loft was impressive with spa bath. I loved the breakfast with plenty of slices of fresh bread, yoghourt and milk. The pool was very clean and I had soft drinks in the outdoor bar. The spa area that was available too😃

The beachfront location offers direct access to a fine stretch of sand, perfect for long, lazy days. The pool boasts a great view of the ocean.
Noise from the main road might bother light sleepers, especially at night, so consider choosing a room further from the road. The beach lacks sufficient loungers, leading to the unfortunate situation of not finding a spot to soak up the sun no matter how early you arrive.
